New Action Icons for Onboarding Projects - The Project Detail page has two new icons available under the Action column. The Update Progress icon allows users to add comments to a task and view a task’s history of logged actions. The Complete Task icon marks the task as completed in the system and changes the task status from ‘In Progress’ to ‘Done’. New View in Commission Button for Closing Entities - The following view options have been added to the Closing Entity Detail page: the View in Commission button and the View in Accounting button. When clicked, the View in Commission button redirects users to their system’s backend TSS site, where any changes made in the system will also be reflected. On the other hand, the View in Accounting button redirects users to their accounting vendor’s website (if applicable). | Users with Admin, System Admin, and Accounting permissions. | Navigate to Transactions (dashboard menu) > Pending > Click Closing Entities button |
Updates to the Agent Commission Detail Page - We have made some exciting updates to the Agent Commission Detail page. To start, this page is now accessed from an Agent’s detail page by clicking the Commission Details button (formerly labeled as Commission Schedule). Once clicked, the Commission Detail page allows users to view and edit an Agent’s commission schedules, settlement preferences, CDA Settlement Preferences and Bank Accounts details. Within the CDA Settlement Preferences tile, clicking the Edit Prefs button enables users to specify how an Agent wants their settlement payments paid (e.g., via check or direct deposit). In the Bank Account tile, clicking Add Bank Account allows users to add, edit, and delete an Agent’s bank account information. Note: These new tiles mirror the sections included in the brokerage’s TSS site and any changes made in the front side of the system will also be updated there. | Users with System Admin and Accounting permissions. | Navigate to Agents > Active > Locate Desired Agent > Click Edit Details > Click Commission Details button |
Update to Commission Schedule Activity Log - The Activity Log button located on the Commission Detail page has been updated to reflect any changes made to the Commission Schedule. For example, if a user switches the Commission Schedule used to calculate figures in the Commission Breakdown, the Activity Log will archive that user's action.
