Here are the following Release Notes from 02/21 to 02/25:

What is the change?Who did it change for?Where did the change occur?

Applying Agent Commission Schedules Users can apply commission schedules to multiple Agent profiles at one time by using the new Apply Plan button option. From the Commission Schedule Library page, users can select the plan to be applied, then click Apply Plan. This button forwards users to a page where they can search for agent(s) by their name or office location, add specific details such as the start and end dates for the pre-selected commission schedule, and identify it as the default plan (if necessary).

Users with Admin and System Admin permissions.Navigate to Transactions (dashboard menu) > Commission > Commission Schedules > Click Commission Schedule Library button

Updates to Fee Liability Fields -

We have made changes to the visibility of Liability fields within manual fees. Now, the Liability Vendor field will be unavailable for editing until after an Accounts Payable (A/P) account has been assigned to the Liability Account field. If the user assigns an Accounts Receivable (A/R) account in this field, the Liability Vendor field will appear inactive and grayed out, and no selections may be added.

New Agent Disbursement Type Option for Manual Fees - When adding manual fees, users will now have the option to select Agent under the Disbursement Type field. This new designation allows users to charge an Agent for accounting purposes and triggers the Liability Agent field to appear in the system. Once selected, this Agent’s name will be added to the Distribution section of the transaction’s Commission Detail page.
