Here are the following Release Notes from (06/13 - 06/17):

What is the change?Who did it change for?Where did the change occur?

Cloning Marketing Opportunities - We have added the ability to clone an existing marketing opportunity in your marketing catalog. From within an existing marketing opportunity, users can now click the Clone Opportunity button at the bottom of the page to create a copy that contains the same field and instruction information (so that the new opportunity is pre-populated with the same set-up details). Once clicked, users will have the option to add a name and variant (if applicable) for the new opportunity, and upon saving will be directed to the new opportunity’s Edit Marketing Opportunity page where they can make changes to the new version, as necessary.

Users with Admin and System Admin. Navigate to Invoices (dashboard menu) > Marketing & Services > Locate Desired Marketing Opportunity > Click Action button > Click Clone Opportunity button

Office Displayed on Commission Detail Page We have made updates to the Commission Detail page. In the side’s Commission Breakdown Details tile, users will now see the name of the office associated with the primary agent for the side. Note that if there are multiple agents associated with the side, the first agent listed is recognized as the primary agent for the transaction.
Users with Admin and System Admin permissions. Navigate to Transactions ( dashboard menu) > Pending > Locate Desired Transaction > Click Action button > Click Commission Detail button > Locate Commission Breakdown Details tile

Reversing Invoice Payments - The invoicing function has been updated to include the option to reverse an invoice payment. Clicking the Reverse Payment option allows users to select the payment being reversed and the reason for the reversal, and add any applicable comments. Once completed, the invoice’s status will be moved from ‘Paid’ to ‘Open’, and the invoice will be available for a new payment to be applied.

Users with System Admin and Accounting permissions.

Navigate to Invoices (dashboard menu) > Open Invoices > Locate Desired Invoice > Click Action button > Click Reverse Payment

New Keep Account Option for Escrow Deposits - For escrow deposits, users now have the option to select which bank account their monies are deposited to when keeping the escrow deposit. Now, when users click the Keep Remaining Escrow button on the Commission Detail page, they will be able to select the correct account from a dropdown menu of different brokerage bank accounts. Users with System Admin and Accounting permissions.Navigate to Transactions ( dashboard menu) > Pending > Locate Desired Transaction > Click Action button > Click Commission Detail button > Click Keep Remaining Escrow button

New Recently Viewed Search Feature - The system’s Search page has been updated to include a new Recently Viewed feature. After clicking the Search icon in the top navigation bar, users will be able to see the most recent transactions they’ve viewed. Note that the transactions will only appear if the user has visited the transaction’s Commission Detail page, and each address serves as a clickable link that forwards users to the Commission Detail page.

All Brokerage Engine users. Navigate to Dashboard page > Click Search icon

New Accounting After Action Checklist - If a user revokes a bill payment on the Commission Detail page and needs to upload future changes to Accounting, the system will now trigger an After Action Checklist within the Accounting module. This checklist reviews the revoked bill payment and includes the series of steps users must take to properly reconcile the change for accounting purposes.
