Enhancement to Transaction Info Tile - We have made enhancements to the Transaction Info tile on the Commission Detail page. Now, secondary email addresses added to contacts for closing entities will appear below the primary email address. New Bill Total Display - Accounting bills have been updated to include a Bill Total line, allowing users to view both the original bill total and the most recent balance of the bill. New Field Limitations for Manual Fees - On the Commission Detail page, the Tracking Account field options for manual fees have been updated. Date Field ‘Required’ Option - For marketing opportunity instructions, we have updated the Date field to allow for selecting a Required Field option. New Transfer Escrow Option - On the Commission Detail page, we have added a Transfer Escrow button to the Escrow Deposits tile. After an escrow deposit has been added to the transaction, clicking Transfer Escrow allows users to select and transfer the escrow deposit to another transaction that doesn’t have a deposit recorded (and is only available if payment has not yet been added). Note that the transaction you are transferring funds to must be in an “Open” or “Accounting Verified” status in order to be available in the selection list. | Users with System Admin and Accounting. | Navigate to Transactions (dashboard menu) > Pending > Locate Desired Transaction > Click Action button > Click Commission Detail button > Locate Escrow Deposits tile > Click Transfer Escrow button |
