Here are the following Release Notes from 08/01 - 08/05:
What is the change? | Who did it change for? | Where did the change occur? |
New Allowance Summary Button Added to Allowance Page - We have added the Allowance Summary button to the upper-right corner of the Allowances page. Once clicked, the button triggers a new window that gives users a snapshot of their use of allowances throughout the system. For instance, it includes the following four tiles: Total Account Balance, Total Deposit, Total Payment, and Total Adjustment. Each tile represents the total amount of allowances spent. These tiles were originally displayed at the top of the Allowances page; however, we decided to house them in a different location via the button. | Users with System Admin and Accounting. | Navigate to Invoices (dashboard menu) > Allowances > Click Allowance Summary button |
Enhancement to Clone Listing Button - We have enhanced the Clone Listing button so that newly cloned listings are published in the Draft status. Prior to this enhancement cloned listings were automatically published as “Active” in Brokerage Engine and in DASH. This enhancement gives users extra time to make changes to their listings. | Users with Admin, System Admin, and Accounting permissions. | Navigate to Listings > Residential Sales > Locate Desired Listing > Click Action button > Click Clone Listing button |
New Prefix Created to Control Field Visibility - We have created a new system prefix, the Asterisk prefix (e.g., *), so that System users have the option to display fields that normally wouldn’t be available to non-system level users. In addition to being able to view these fields, the prefix would also restrict these users from editing the fields. For instance, an asterisk could be applied before the name of a franchise fee so that admin users can view the fee. However, they wouldn’t have the option to click the Edit icon and change the fee. | Users with Admin and System Admin. | N/A |
New Subscription Tile Added to Agent Commission Detail Page - Users will notice a Subscription tile has been added to the Agent Commission Detail page. This new tile includes a breakdown of an agent’s subscriptions. There’s a searchable subscription table that includes the following information: the subscription’s name, its frequency, the default price, its start date, and its end date (if applicable). | Users with Admin, System Admin, and Accounting permissions. | Navigate to Transactions > Pending > Locate Desired Transaction > Click Action button > Click Commission Detail button > Locate Subscription tile |
Field Update to Keep Remaining Escrow Button - We have updated the Keep Remaining Escrow button located in the Escrow Deposits tile so the button’s “Post Date for Keeping Escrow” field will be auto-populated with the “Closing Date” displayed on the Edit Transaction page. This post date is also referred to as the “Estimated Closing Date” for escrow purposes and users will notice this date is also reflected on the Commission Detail page alongside other transaction information. | Navigate to Transactions > Pending > Locate Desired Transaction > Click Action button > Click Commission Detail button > Locate Escrow Deposit tile > Click Keep Remaining Escrow button | |
Update to CDA Settlement Preference Options - Users will now have the option to have EFT payments deposited into multiple bank accounts. Users can navigate to the CDA Settlement Preferences tile to select the desired accounts via the Add EFT Bank Account button. They will then notice that each bank account option includes a new text field that allows them to select the percentage of money that will be deposited into each bank account. Originally, users could only deposit EFT payments into one account, so this feature is helpful for agents who may have several checking or savings accounts. | Users with System Admin and Accounting permissions. | Navigate to Agents > Active > Locate Desired Agent > Click Edit Details icon >Click Commission Details button > Click Edit Prefs button |
New Add MLS Details button Added to Agent Profile - Users can add additional MLS information to an agent’s profile via the new MLS Details button. It is located on the Edit Agent page under the Professional Info tile. Normally users are limited to entering MLS info for one license via the MLS Board Name and MLS ID fields. However, they can click this new button to trigger additional rows of the same two fields. It is important to note that the system only supports syncing MLS information for one license to DASH. | Users with Admin and System Admin. | Navigate to Agents > Active > Locate Desired Agent > Click Edit Details icon > Click MLS Details button |
