|New Vendor Cancellation Email - |
When users cancel a task associated with a vendor an email notification is sent notifying the vendor that the associated order has been canceled.
|All Brokerage Engine users.|
Navigate to Tasks (dashboard menu) > Active > Locate Desired Task > Click Log Work button > Click Cancel Task button
|New Batch Import Invoice Button - We have added a new button on the Invoices page that allows users to upload or download an invoice template in the form of a CSV file.||Users with Admin, System Admin, and Accounting permissions.|
Navigate to Invoices (dashboard menu) > Open Invoices > Click Dropdown Menu next to New Invoice button > Click Batch Import Invoice button
|New Enhancement to Search Feature - We have made an enhancement to the system’s Search feature located at the top of every page. If users wish to exit the search window they now have the option to press the Esc key on their keyboard to close the window.||All Brokerage Engine users.|
Click Search bar icon > Click Esc key on keyboard to exit the window
|New Process for Removing AR Balance Alerts - When attempting to adjust Agent AR balances on the Commission Detail pages users will receive an alert prompting them to revoke the transaction from accounting. Once a transaction has been uploaded to accounting it is not enough to reopen the transaction. After clicking the “Revoke” button users may have to click the “Remove flag” button in order to refresh the page so they can return to the View Invoices page and adjust the AR balance.|
Users with System Admin and Accounting permissions.
Click Transactions (dashboard menu) > Active > Locate Desired Transaction > Click Action button > Click Commission Details button > Locate Agent Open Balances Tile > Click View Invoices icon > Review Alert > Click Revoke button > Click Remove Flag button
