Here are the Release Notes for 11/14 to 11/18:

Removal of Anniversary Date Field - We have updated the Agent Detail page so that users will no longer see the Anniversary Date field. This field used to display the anniversary date of an Agent’s commission plan. Prior to this update, users could see this field, but could not edit the date without System Admin permissions.

All Brokerage Engine users.

Navigate to Agents (dashboard menu) > Active > Locate Desired Agent > Click Edit Details icon > Locate Other Information section

New Brokerage Active Listings Report - The Brokerage Active Listings Report is a new report that allows Agents to view all of the current active listings in the system. This includes the active listings of other agents. Users with Agent permissions. 

Navigate to Reports (dashboard menu) > Brokerage Active Listings 

New Marketing Opportunity Analytics Report - The Marketing Opportunity Analytics Report allows users to gauge which marketing opportunities are the most efficient and popular by their task count or invoice amount. 

Users with Admin, Accounting, and System Admin permissions. 

Navigate to Reports (dashboard menu) > Task > Marketing Opportunity Analytics

New Task Insight Report - The Task Insight Report allows you to search a user’s task history by date and review a break down of the number of tasks requested, the wait time until completion, and analyze other factors that provide insight into user behavior regarding tasks. 

Users with Admin, Accounting, and System Admin permissions. 

Navigate to Reports (dashboard menu) > Task > Task Insight

Update to Password Recovery Options - We have updated the process for resetting a user’s password. When users click the Forgot Password link on their system’s Login page it will redirect them to a new page that prompts them to enter their email address. After clicking the Get Reset Link button, the user will receive an email that includes a new link to reset their password. This link will forward them to a new webpage where they have to click the Login button which will log them in and allow them to reset their password from inside their profile.

Enhancements to Task History Feature - We have enhanced the View Task History page so that the system logs activities completed by impersonated agents. When impersonating an agent any work that is completed for tasks can be traced to the original agent regardless of the impersonation feature.

Navigate to Tasks (dashboard menu) > Tasks > Active > Locate Desired Task > Click View History icon
