Here are the Release Notes for 12/05 to 12/09:

New Icons for Document Lists - We have added two new icons to manipulate documents housed in document lists. The Send Reminder icon allows you to send an email reminder to users with pending documents. The View Audit trail icon displays an timestamped activity log of system actions related to documents. It also includes the name and email of any users involved.
All Brokerage Engine users.

Navigate to Document Lists (dashboard menu) > Locate Desired Document List > Click Action button > Locate Desired Document > Click Send Reminder or View Audit Trail icon




Enhancement to Invoice Editing Features - When editing invoices users can utilize the new Edit icon to edit the due date. All Brokerage Engine users. 

Navigate to Invoices (dashboard menu) > Open Invoices > Locate Desired Invoice > Click Action button > Click Edit Invoice button > Click Edit icon

Advanced Search Added to Quick Actions Menu - Users can now access the Advanced Search link via the Quick Actions menu. 
All Brokerage Engine Users. 

Navigate to Quick Actions menu > Click Advance Search link 


New Accounting Reports Available to Agent Users - Moving forward the Agent Leaderboard Report and the Agent Performance Alert Report will now be accessible to users with Agent permissions. Prior to this update only users with Accounting permissions could view these reports. However, these two reports will no longer be located in the Accounting module.

Navigate to Reports (dashboard menu) > Agent Leaderboard or Agent Performance Alert




Updates to Export Listings Page - We have added the "Last 365 Days" checkbox option to the "Requested Date Range" field. All Brokerage Engine users. Navigate to Integrations (dashboard menu) > Data Export > Listings > Click Requested Data Range dropdown menu > Select Last 365 Days



New Batch Create Commission Schedule Button - We have added the "Batch Create Commission Schedule" button to the Commission Schedule Library. This button allows users to download an import template to their device in order to design a new commission schedule and then upload it to the library. The template also allows users to assign commission schedules to multiple agents within the same file. Users with System Admin admin and Accounting permissions. Navigate to Transactions (dashboard menu) > Commission > Commission Schedules > Click Commission Schedule Library button > Click Dropdown button > Click Batch Create Commission Schedule button
