New Invoice Page Enhancement - We have added three new fields to the New Invoice page. The first field is the "Unit Price" field which is read only. When you make a selection in the "Invoice Item" field the "Unit Price" field will display the item's price. The second field is the "Quantity" field and third is the "Invoice Amount" field. Unlike the first field these two fields are editable. 
Users with Accounting, Admin, and System Admin permissions.

Navigate to Invoices (dashboard menu) > Open Invoices > Click New Invoice Button > Locate the Unit Price, Quantity, and Invoice Amount fields




Updates to the Revoke Feature - When revoking the "Upload to Accounting" process on the Commission Detail page, you are now given the choice to create a reverse journal entry. Once you are ready to reupload your transaction to accounting the system will you the option to change the transaction date for the main journal entry. 
Users with Accounting and System Admin permissions. Navigate to Transactions (dashboard menu) > Pending > Locate Desired Transaction > Click Action Button > Click Commission Detail Button > Click Revoke Button > Check Create Reverse Journal Entry Checkbox 



Update to Agent Commission Detail Page - When editing an Agent's CDA Settlement Preferences you'll notice the "Apply to All Open Transactions" checkbox which allows you to update the settlement preferences for pre-existing transactions. 
Users with Accounting and System Admin permissions. Navigate to Agents (dashboard menu) > Active > Locate Desired Agent > Click Edit Details Icon > Click Commission Details Button > Click Edit Pref Button 



Update to Open Invoice Notification - When users receive Open Invoice Notifications they'll notice that property addresses associated with the invoice is now included in the email. All Brokerage Engine users. N/A



System Login Enhancement - If a user clicks an external link to a page within their system while logged out they will automatically be forwarded to the Auth0 page in order to log in.
