What is the change?Who did it change for?Where did the change occur?
New Escrow Summary Checkbox - When users utilize the "Send Email" feature under the Distributions tile they'll notice the new "Escrow Summary" checkbox. This checkbox allows them to upload escrow data in to the email. This checkbox will add a PDF document to the email. Users with Accounting and System Admin permissions. Navigate to Transactions (dashboard menu) > Pending > Locate Desired Transaction > Click Action button > Click Commission Detail button > Locate Distribution tile > Click Send Email icon > Check Escrow Summary checkbox

New Remaining Balance for GCI Amounts - When editing a side in a transaction via the Commission Detail page users will be able to view the GCI Amount's "Remaining Balance". This balance reflects subtractions made after allocating money for Agent commissions. Note this new line is only viewable when calculating a "Flat Amount" for the commission. This line also includes a "Copy" icon that allows them to automatically copy and paste the balance into the amount field when adding new Agents to a side.

Update to Document List page via Email Settings - If users input internal email addresses in the "To" field, any document attached to the email will be uploaded to the Document List. On the other hand, if a user inputs an internal email address into the "CC" field, the system will log a record that an email was sent.
Users with System Admin and Accounting permissions. Navigate to Document Lists (dashboard menu) > Locate Document List in table > Click Action button > Click Send Email button > Locate "To" and "CC" fields
