Adding Upcoming Listings to Dashboard
Overview:
A unique feature within the Brokerage Engine System is the ability to create and advertise listings to fellow Agents within the Brokerage which have not yet come on the market. Often, these are referred to as Upcoming Inventory, hence the term, ‘Upcoming Listings.’ If enabled at your Brokerage, Upcoming Listing Announcements will appear on the main System Dashboard, and will be categorized by the Office they’ll be represented by. Once clicked, any comments which the Listing Agent has provided will be displayed, along with any uploaded Listing Media and Listing Details. Your agents can also opt-in for a text and/or email notification of Upcoming Listings.
