Seller Report


Overview:

In this article, we will review the Seller Report. 


This report receives data from ListTrac, (a third party vendor your Brokerage and/or local MLS must be participating with), to allow your agents to easily track their listing online traffic and share that information with their clients.  Please note that information from ListTrac may take up to two to three days to reflect any updated views or data. 


If your brokerage utilizes the Marketing Management Module, any marketing opportunities created for that listing will show on the report as a Marketing Highlight.  Agents can also add their own Marketing Highlights utilizing Listing Milestones from the Task Management page on the Listing Detail. 


Agents can share the report via email and have the option to configure auto-send to receive updates directly in their inbox at any of the following frequencies:


  • Weekly (every Wednesday)
  • Semi-Monthly (1st and 15th of each month)
  • Monthly (1st of each month)


If the listing does not have any data yet, the report will not be sent automatically.
