Task Approval Skipped for Marketing Opportunity 

Overview:

In this article, we will review how to utilize and apply the Task Approval Skipped feature within a Marketing Opportunity. 

When building/editing a Marketing Opportunity, checking Task Approval Skipped will bypass the agent/assistant approval step in the Task workflow.  

• Primary use would be for a task that does not need to go through agent approval process.
• Can be used for tasks designed to get particular information from an agent (like a form) without agent needing to do anything else.
• Non-Marketing related Tasks
