• Shared performance function allows 2 or more Commission Schedules to combine accumulation together
• This can be done to share multiple commission schedules assigned to same agent or to share plans between multiple agents
• Very commonly used for team structures where 2 or more Agents production both count towards their tiered accumulation on their commission schedule

How it Works:

• When sharing performance between two plans - it means that for accumulation purposes - that plan will now look at all associated deals tied to the plans it is shared with - and will count all the production towards its tiers as long as the close date of the transactions is within the start and end date of that plan.
