Agent Tag Restrictions in Marketing Opportunities

Overview:

In this article, we will review the restrictions on agent tags in marketing opportunities and their usage in your system. Please find the available resources below.

Important to know:

• The "Agent Tag Restrictions" select box will not appear if there are no staff tags configured on the site (contact your designated Customer Success Manager to get more information on how to configure staff tags.).
• At least one tag from the restrictions select box must match an agent's tag list for marketing items to be displayed in the following areas:
  • Agent Marketing List Page
  • Listing Marketing Services Order
  • Marketing order page (item will be displayed, but orders cannot proceed due to existing restrictions)
• If there are no tag restrictions on the marketing opportunity, the items will be displayed to all agents, regardless of their tags.
