Create Commission Split Override with Modifier

Overview:

In this article, we'll cover how you can create a Modifier that can use a unique 'Tag Rule' to override an agents commission split on any transaction.

Important to know:

• Once a modifier is created on an agents commission schedule, you can apply tag on any of the     agents transactions to override agents commission split

• Leveraging the Transaction Tag Report, you will be able to run a report to see how often this         override was used and on what transactions.

• Creating the Tag in the tag bank automatically puts the Tag in the dropdown menu.  This will allow you to select it without having to type it in
