Settlement Preference Report
Overview:
In this article, we will cover how to locate and utilize the Settlement Preference Report. The primary purpose of this report is to provide a quick way to identify the current default settlement preferences for agents.
Permission Level: Admin + Commissions
Report Details:
- The report will display a list of Agents and their preferred payment method for Commissions. The banking information will be displayed if the Agent has their banking information on their Agent Commission Details Page and also has their default account set for EFT payments.
Terminated Agents will have a [T] before their name.
If an Agent has two separate bank accounts set to split their commission, each bank account will indicate how much of the payment is being split between them.
The report can be filtered by Agent, Agent Status (active or terminated), Office or even Preferred Payment Method.
The action button will take you to the Agent Commission Details page for any necessary changes to the agent's bank account details or CDA settlement preferences.
The report can be exported to PDF using the "Export to PDF" button in the top right-hand corner.
The report can be downloaded as a CSV/Excel in the bottom left-hand corner.
