New Agent Notification - Expiring Buyer Agreement 
 As part of the Documents & Compliance module, the notification will look at the buyer expiration agreement date that's manually added in the edit details section of the Buyers Contacts. Once activated, it will send a reminder to the agent for any buyers agreements that are about to expire in exactly 7 days.

Split Invoice Notification 
 When an agent utilizes the Spilt Invoice function on an invoice an admin will be notified by an email notification. While this notification is new, you should still use the Split Invoice Request Report to approve or reject requests.

Settlement Preference Notification 
 This new notification will alert an admin when someone edits the Agent's Settlement Preference widget on the Agent's Commission Detail Page. The activity log will still capture all previous updates as well.

 Exprinig Listing Report - Enhancement 
 The new enhancement for the Expiring Listing Report will have two changes to note: Office Filter and MLS Display. 
 With the Office Filter, you can select the office in question and view each associated listing address. When downloading the file into a CSV and/or Excel format the selected office will be the only office generated on the downloaded file.  |

Listing Acquisition Report - Enhancement
 The Listing Acquisition Report has an enhancement allowing to toggle between Monthly and Weekly for a more comprehensive reporting capabilities.  |

COMING SOON
 Invoice Batch Import - Enhancement
 When batch importing Invoices into Brokerage Engine, the enhancement will allow the addition of the "'quantity" field column to help calculate marketing items correctly when using this tool. 
 Note - the import template for batching invoices will change and include the new column. If you don't have a quantity for the invoice item, you can use "1" in the field as "1" is defaulted.  |
