Agent Breakdown & CDA

 

All users will be moved to the New Agent Breakdown and Commission Disbursement Authorization (CDA) format by June 5th, 2025. Most users have already been updated, and this final step will ensure everyone is using the latest version.

 

This update ensures consistency across all platforms and gives your office access to the latest improvements in reporting and commission tracking. If you have any questions or need support during the transition, please reach out to your CSM.

Mentor Report

 

We’re excited to introduce the Mentor Report, a new reporting feature designed to give brokerages greater visibility into mentorship activity across closed transactions.

This report will generate a detailed list of all closed transactions within a specified date range that involved a mentor. For each transaction, the report will include the following data points:

  • Property address
  • Transaction side (buy/sell)
  • Amount paid to the mentor
  • Mentor name
  • Mentee name

To support various business needs and workflows, the Mentor Report can be downloaded in multiple formats, including PDF, CSV, and Excel.

Transaction Bonus Report

 

We’re pleased to announce the launch of the Transaction Bonus Report, a powerful new tool designed to give users greater insight into all Commissions processed through the Bonus Commission Feature. This report provides a comprehensive view of the commission feature by including the following key data points:

  • Transaction address
  • Bonus name
  • Transaction side (buy/sell)
  • Bonus amount
  • Brokerage gross
  • Brokerage net

Additional functionality includes a standard date range filter for flexible reporting and permission controls, ensuring only authorized users with commission-level permission can access the report.

 

The report can be downloaded in multiple formats, including PDF, CSV, and Excel.
