MLS Board Name added to ALL listings in Brokerage Engine

We’re making updates designed to give your listings more consistency and visibility across downstream platforms.

• MLS Board Name dropdown field syncs to dash in real-time

• Automatic mapping when there’s an exact match with the MLS, reducing manual steps

• Optional field – you can choose to use it, just as before

Why this matters:
Many partner tools and vendors are now using the MLS Board Name field in Dash to power their integrations. By standardizing this field, we’re helping ensure your listings flow seamlessly, so your marketing efforts shine without interruption.

Effective dates:

• The field will go live today, 09.23.2025
• The auto mapping logic will go live on 09.26.2025

Note: MLS Name is an internal field and differs from the new MLS Board Name field. If the MLS name has an exact match to the MLS Board Name, Brokerage Engine will map them as well. 

If the MLS Board Name is different from the MLS Name dropdown field and you would like to have it mapped accordingly, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager and let them know how you would like mapped.
