SYSTEM UPDATE

Brokerages that invoice agents through the Agent Billing module and have the BE Accounting integration can now add late fees to overdue invoices in batches. The late fee percentage and the General Ledger account the fees are tracked to can be configured. The fee can then be applied to all eligible overdue invoices at once.

 

Each late fee shows as its own line item on the agent's invoice, so agents can see exactly what was added.

Data Studio now looks and works more like Google Sheets. Columns are labeled with letters and rows are numbered, so it's easier to find your place and point others to a specific cell.

 

A new Columns button in the toolbar lets you manage the columns in your report from one place.

To better protect onboarding documents, we've updated who can delete a New Hire Packet. The Delete button now appears only for users who have:

• System permission, or
• Compliance and Admin Configuration permissions, without Branch Manager permission

Users who also have Branch Manager permission, or who don't meet either condition, will no longer see the Delete button.

 

The New Hire Packet button also now appears only when the user has the required permission and a document package has been configured.
