Vanity Email Display Swap

For brokerages affiliated with Anywhere, the vanity email address will now appear beneath the primary email across the following pages:

Active Agents
Terminated Agents
Agent Roster

The vanity email will be displayed as a secondary reference under the primary email address on these pages. No action is needed on your end. This update applies automatically.

Document Status Labels

We're looking to make the document experience more intuitive for your agents - and we want your input before we make a change.

Currently, documents that haven't been uploaded yet display a status of "In Progress." Based on feedback from 2025, the top suggested replacement is "Not Uploaded / Missing" - a label that more clearly communicates to agents that action is still needed on their end.

We'd love to know what you think. Does "Not Uploaded / Missing" feel clearer and more intuitive than "In Progress" for your agents?
This change, if adopted, would apply to all document file types across Brokerage Engine. Your feedback directly shapes how we improve the platform - thank you for taking a moment to share it!
