Buyer Contact - Reassign
We’ve enhanced the Contact Buyers Tab to give Admins more control and flexibility. With this update, brokerage Admins can now assign or reassign buyer contacts to agents directly within the platform. Every change is automatically logged in the Activity Log and Contact Notes for full transparency.
This new functionality is especially helpful for reassigning old buyer leads to new agents based on lead source, making contact management more efficient and strategic than ever. |

Commission Lock Date
We’ve added a new Commission Lock Date tool in the BE Configuration Panel to give brokerages greater control over commission processing. While the existing Close Book Date locks the books system-wide, the Commission Lock allows you to freeze commission activity for a prior period while continuing to finalize other accounting tasks—ideal for larger firms with more complex workflows or monthly production-based payouts.
With this feature, transactions with a Close Date prior to the Commission Lock Date can only be adjusted through a reversal (if configured) or by reopening the books, just like with the Close Book Date rules. If the Commission Lock Date is not set, the system will default to the Close Book Date for all operations.
This enhancement supports more accurate and secure commission management without interrupting your accounting processes. |

CDA/Agent Breakdown Task Approval Enhancement
We’re introducing a new Regenerate button to streamline task management in both the Transaction Disbursement Review and Agent Breakdown Review workflows. This button will appear only for tasks marked as Done, giving users the ability to generate a new approval task in place of an existing completed one.
When clicked, the original completed task will be disassociated from the commission detail page, but will remain in Done status for historical tracking. This allows users to start fresh with a new related approval task, while preserving the original for reference. It’s a simple way to manage updates without losing task history. |

Transaction Referral Report
We’ve enhanced the Transaction Referral Report to give you more comprehensive insights. You can now query both Pending and Closed transactions using the Close Date or Estimated Close Date. Additionally, the referral column has been broken out into three distinct fields: Referral Name, Side, and Amount—making it easier to track and analyze.
This report is now referral-level, meaning if a single transaction has multiple referrals, each will appear on its own line for improved visibility. |

Team Data Now Available in Personnel Data Integration
We’ve enhanced the Data Integrations > Personnel tab to include Team Information for brokerages using the Teams feature. This means you can now export team-related data alongside your personnel records - perfect for building custom BI reports or syncing with external systems.
If Teams are enabled for your site, this update provides greater visibility and flexibility for reporting on team structures and performance. |
