New Report - Office Forecast
This report follows the same reporting logic as the Office Production report which looks at agent/office allocation from the commission detail page at the agent level. This report displays all transaction types and can be filtered by office. It breaks down all sides represented by Brokerage and provides a total side count and volume based on your company rules.

"Task Started" Agent Notification
The “task started” notification sends an email to the agent when a marketing opportunity has been started by an admin. While this notification has always been an option for an individual client this notification is now set as default for all clients. This notification allows the agent to know immediately that a staff member has seen their request and has started working on it.

"Task Reassigned" Notification
When an admin reassigns a task from one admin to another, the system sends the new admin an email notification stating that a task has been reassigned to them.

Marketing Opportunity Analytics Report
In the Marketing Opportunity Analytics report, we've added a new column called "Marketing Savings by Agent". This column ranks the top 10 agents based on who receives the most cost savings based on the items they request through the system.

Buyer Compensation Field
The Buyer Compensation Field found on the Listing Detail page under the Property Information tab currently is a percentage-based field. With the new enhancement, this field will be updated into a "free-form" text field allowing flat amounts, texts, and percentages. This field will be available for all listing data feeds as well as feed to Dash for Anywhere affiliates. e.g., Up to 2.5% or $1,000

CDA - Commission Source
With the ever-evolving landscape regarding buyer compensation - we will soon have a new feature on the commission detail page displaying "Commission Source" on the CDA. The "Commission Source" will have 3 currency input lines: Paid By Seller, Paid By Buyer, and Paid by Brokerage. This will display the 3 lines on the CDA if the value exists in the currency input box (if none of the lines are entered, nothing will display).

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT
Import Listing/Buyer Documents
This feature allows the user to import documents that have already been approved (Marked as Done) from the Listing Document File or Buyer Document File into a Transaction file. The imported documents stay within the original file and are imported over to the Transaction file as already approved - no need to review again.
