Report Details:

• The report is designed to be a quick snapshot of the status of Escrow Deposits.

• The amount in the Total Escrow Deposit column will equal the sum of the Escrow Payment and Escrow Held amounts.

• Ability to Filter by Transaction Status or Escrow Status

• Ability to export to csv/excel
  
  

• List of Escrow Statuses

  • UNBALANCED: 
    • The Escrow Deposit has been entered but has not yet been set to keep or payout.
  • BALANCED: 
    • The Escrow total deposits amount has been fully allocated as being kept or paid out.
  • SETTLED: 
    • The Escrow Funds have been fully processed
