NEW REPORTS

Agent Business Activity Alert Report

This report will list agents who have not had any active listings as well as any pending or closed transactions in the past three months. Managing brokers and staff can use this report to identify and provide support for agents who may be experiencing a slowdown in their business.

Agent Production Analysis

The new report will help to provide key metrics on closed sales on a per-agent basis over the previous five years. This provides year-over-year (YOY) and Month-over-Month (MOM) closed transaction production on metrics including Sales Volume, Side Count, GCI, Adjusted GCI, Agent Gross, Agent Net, Brokerage Gross, and Brokerage Net. 

Office Production Summary

This report presents a summary table view of the same data that you would find on the Office Production Report. It provides totals for each office selected on the following metrics: Sales Volume, Side Count, GCI, Adjusted GCI (GCI less Referrals), Agent Gross, Agent Net, Brokerage Gross, and Brokerage Net. Additionally, you can view the previous year's amount along with delta percentage and the total of offices selected at the bottom of the table. This report is designed to help you easily understand and compare the performance of different offices..

Year-over-Year Production Analysis 

This new report provides a Year-Over-Year production Analysis to provide a 5-year trend on three critical office-level metrics.


    • Sales Volume
    • GCI (Gross Commission Income)
    • Brokerage Net 

This report will provide a table and line graph view of the selected metric of each office as well as the delta % of change based on the previous year.

Additional Updates...

CDA Verbiage Enhancement

We have made a revision to the language used in our CDA. The updated language now reads, "This will serve to authorize and direct the closing company to disburse from the closing of the escrow numbered above as follows." This change offers more flexibility for our clients who do not use Title companies to disburse funds.

Default Property Type Update

When entering a new transaction and the Residential Property Type is selected the new default Property Subtype will be Single Family Detached.
