Download the App
The Exchange is easily accessed on your mobile device by downloading the app, powered by Mighty Networks. You can easily download the Mighty Networks app from the App Store or Google Play Store. Simply search for "Mighty Networks" and download the app that suits your device.
If you're using an iOS device, the Mighty Networks app is compatible with both iPhone and iPad. For Android users, the app is designed to work perfectly on any Android device.
Alternatively, you can download the app from your Personal Settings page. Simply go to the "Download the App" option and use your phone's camera to scan the QR code. This will open a link that will allow you to download the Mighty Networks app for your network.
Once you scan the QR code and download the app, you will be sign into your account for your Mighty Network.
Finding 'The Exchange' on the Mobile App
Once you download the Mighty app from an App Store, then you will want to select "Sign In" and then enter your email address that you used to create your Exchange account. You should then receive a link to join The Exchange within the App.
How to Enable Mobile Push Notifications
Mobile Push notifications are off by default. To enable Mobile Push notifications, first download the Mighty Networks App. Once you’ve downloaded the app, you’ll be prompted to enable Mobile Push notifications.
If you’d like to manage your mobile push notifications moving forward, you can do so by tapping your profile picture -> Personal Settings -> Notifications. From there, you can toggle Mobile Push notifications on or off.
If you previously turned off Mobile Push notifications through your mobile device settings or didn’t allow notifications when prompted, then you may need to visit your device settings to manually allow Mobile Push notifications.
