Revise Accounting Entities for an Agent


In this article, we will guide you through the process of mapping new Accounting Entities to an Agent profile. This situation typically arises when an Agent establishes a company after closing transactions under their personal name. Consequently, for tax reporting purposes, they will receive a 1099 form both under their company's name and their individual name for that year. 

If the Agent has not closed any transactions under their personal name, then a "Company Name" can be added to their Vendor Profile in the Accounting module as well as the Tax Identification Number for the company. Please find the available resources below.
