Overview:

In this article, we will review the Brokerage Engine app, covering its core features and setup requirements.

Everything you rely on within the desktop version of Brokerage Engine is now available right on your mobile device. The app is a powerful, five-tab command center designed specifically for the way modern agents actually work. 

A Look Inside: Five Tabs, Unlimited Productivity

The app streamlines your daily operations into five intuitive sections, allowing you to ditch the laptop and manage your workflow on the go:

• The Home Screen (The Command Center): The moment you open the app, you get an immediate overview of your day. Your pending tasks, active listings, and vital performance analytics are front and center. 
• The Listings Tab: View and manage your entire portfolio, including active, pending, draft, and closed listings in an organized feed. You can add tasks and check property details instantly. 
• The Transactions Tab: Get a real-time snapshot of your production. Monitor your total volume, review commission breakdowns, and track your year-to-date statistics at a glance. 
• The Tasks Tab: Easily filter, sort, and check off marketing, vendor, and sales tasks while you are out in the field.
• The Reports Tab: Access critical data instantly. View agent production report, open house stats, Broker360 insights, commission accumulation, leaderboards, and seller reports directly from your phone. 

How to Get Started with the App:

If your brokerage uses Commission Flow, you will have free access to the Brokerage Engine app. If you do not have Commission Flow, you will not have access. 

Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM), who will be happy to walk you through the setup of BE App access with FLOW. If you are not sure who your CSM is, you can connect with our support team at help@brokerageengine.com. 

Please note: The app requires activation before it can be used. Once activated, you can log in using your full URL (including the https:// prefix).

You can download the Brokerage Engine app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
