Task Workflows (Type of Task)
There are various types of tasks that follow different workflows. They are:
Order Marketing Opportunity:
This would automatically generate an existing marketing opportunity
Marketing
Creates a requested task to staff using agent review workflow
Admin Checklist
Creates admin task with individual checklist items to check off within task
Agent Reminder
Creates task to agent to complete a specific request
Admin Reminder
Creates task to admin to complete a specific request
Task Triggers
Tasks can automatically trigger based off of a variety of trigger points.
Listing.status-prospective
When a perspective listing gets entered into system
Listing.status-draft
When a new draft listing gets entered into system or perspective listing converts to a draft
Listing.status-gtl
When a listing advances from a draft status to Good to Launch status
Listing.status-active
When a status changes from GTL to Active or is imported in from MLS
Listing.status-expiring
Triggers a task 30 days before the expiration date of listing
Listing.status-expired
When a listing status goes expired
Listing.status-closed
When a listing status goes Closed
Listing.status-offline
Triggers task 5 days before a listing goes Expired or closed or triggers on day status gets changed to withdrawn
Listing.media-updated
Triggers on any updates to the Listing photos
Listing.price-updated
When a price gets changed
Transaction.status-pending
When a new transaction is entered
Conditional Options: Listing Side, Buying Side, or Both Sides

When a transaction status changes to Closed
