Create Agent Onboarding Project

Overview:

In this article, we'll cover the specific steps for a creating a task project geared towards agent Onboarding tasks. Please find the available resources below.

• Permission level to create/edit/delete Projects = Admin + Configuration

• Project can be set to automatically trigger.  This would generate the project immediately after you click save on adding a new agent
• Ability set for project to manually be added from dropdown list after new agent is created.
  • This would be best practice if you have different types of agent onboarding projects by office/region/locations
