Creating a New Task Project
Overview:
In this article, we will review how to create Task Projects. A project is a collection of tasks associated with a specific agent, listing, or transaction. We also allow for the creation of 'Special Projects' that may not be linked to any of these three.
Important to know:
- To create, edit, or delete projects, users must have Admin + Configuration access.
- Ability to create a series of various tasks with conditions to trigger automatically or if projected manually added by the user.
- Option to set a default task project that triggers automatically.
- Users can create as many projects as needed for each association.
- Capability to send a project status recap email from the system.
