Create an Agent Onboarding Project

In this article, we will outline the specific steps for creating a project focused on onboarding tasks for agents. Please find the available resources below.

Permission Level: Admin + Configuration

Important to know:

• You can set the project to trigger automatically. This means the project will be generated immediately after you click "save" when adding a new agent.
• There is also the option to manually add the project from a dropdown list after the new agent has been created. This is considered best practice if you have different types of agent onboarding projects based on office, region, or location.
