New Agents Report

Overview:

In this article, we will review how to locate and use the New Agents Report. This report lists all agents who have started within the past year, based on the current date. It also shows which subscriptions, if any, each agent is currently enrolled in.

Permission Level:  Admin 

Report Details:

This report is designed to help administrators identify newly onboarded agents so that data can be used to assess onboarding activity, review adoption of subscriptions, and support broader analysis of growth patterns over time.

The report includes:

• Agent name, email, and phone number

• Office

• Birthday

• Start date

• Active subscriptions

Additional features:

• Sortable columns for easier review

• Export to PDF

• Download as CSV/Excel
