Adding a New Transaction 

Overview:

In this article, we'll go through how to add a selling side, buy side/double ender and other income transaction.  Most important part to understand about adding a new transaction is just where to start based on which side of transaction you represent.

Buy side Side:

Dashboard>Transactions>Pending>+New Transaction

Listing Side and/or Double Ender:

Dashboard>Listings>Residential Sales>Locate Property>Change Status Dropdown Menu>Add Transaction 

Other Income:

Dashboard>Transactions>Other Income
