Restrict Document Checklist Access
Overview:
In this article, we'll review how to restrict access to a document within a checklist. If a user does not have the appropriate permission level to access the document checklist item, they will not see the item in the list.
- [BUYER] Prefix = Restricts document visibility to Admin with any Admin permissions and Buyer Side Agents
- [SELLER] Prefix = Restricts document visibility to Admin with any Admin permissions and Seller Side Agents
- [ADMIN] Prefix = Restricts document visibility to Admin with any Admin permissions
- [Accounting] Prefix = Restricts document visibility to only Admins with full Accounting permissions
- [Commission] Prefix = Restricts document visibility to only Admins with Commissions permissions

Quick Reference:
Once inside the Document Checklist, find the document you'd like to change visibility to, and add the cooresponding [PREFIX] in front of name. Click update.
NOTE: Prefixes are case sensitive.
