CDA Agent Approval Function

Overview:

In this article, we will cover the CDA agent approval function process. Please find the available resources below.

This function is the built-in agent approval process for Agent Breakdown and Commission Disbursement Authorization (CDA). It will create agent tasks in the system for agent feedback / approval.

Important to know: The admin who created the task will be notified of the agents' feedback on whether the task is approved or rejected.

Quick Reference:

Navigate to the "Distribution" section on the commission detail page. At the bottom left corner, you will see the function "CDA Agent Approval".

Once clicked, you will see the Agent Approval Tasks display. Under the "Action" column, you can click the "Create Approval Task" button.

Once the task has been created, the agent will receive an Email and SMS notification for review. Both notifications will include a link to the "Task Action" page to complete the additional steps of approval.

Once a task is marked "Done", a "Regenerate Approval Task" button will appear. This allows the user to generate a new approval task to replace the existing one. When the "Regenerate" button is clicked, the original completed task will be disassociated from the commission detail page, but will remain in "Done" status and simply be removed from the agent approval task list. The user can then create a new approval task.
