Referral Ranking Report

In this article, we'll cover how to locate and use the Referral Ranking Report. Please find the available resources below.

Permission Level:  Admin + Billing & Compliance

Report Details:

• This report ranks agents on Referral Income received only.  It looks at Other income transactions with transaction type set as "Referral Income' and looks at the following 2 metrics
  • Total Referrals Count
  • Total Referral Income Received (Equivalent to GCI from a standard transaction)
• Choose from preset time frames like YTD, last month, this quarter or enter a custom date range
• Can filter by offices or groups multiple offices together including all offices
• Can filter by a specific agent or multiple agents
• Can export to csv/excel in bottom left corner
