Agent Performance Alerts
Overview:
In this article, we'll cover how to locate and read the Agent Performance Alerts report. The purpose of this report is to quickly see which agents are performing higher than their own previous production for that given time frame.
Permission Level: Admin + Billing & Compliance
Report Details:
- This report ranks agents on their performance delta from their previous year for same time frame on the following metrics. This means that the highest delta percentage will rank at top with the highest percentage with downward arrow ranking the lowest.
- Gross Commission Income (GCI - Before Referrals)
- Agent Net
- Sales Volume
- Side Count
- Total Concession Amounts
- Effective Rate (commission rate per side, i.e - 2.5% or 3%)
- Choose from preset time frames like YTD, last month, this quarter or enter a custom date range
- Can filter by offices or groups multiple offices together including all offices
