Overview:

In this article, we'll cover how to locate and interpretrate the Office Monthly Production Breakdown Report.

Permission Level:  Admin + Billing & Compliance

Report Details:

• The purpose of this report is to get a snapshot of what status all transactions that went under contract within a particular month are currently in.  For example, if a transaction was contracted in March and did not close until June, it would still reflect in March but the status would now reflect as closed under the month of March.
• Ability to toggle between the following metrics:
  • Sales Volume
  • Gross Commission Income (GCI before referrals)
• Looks back 13 months
• Individual status breakdown Table by Written, Closed and Cancelled statuses
• Ability to hover over columns for numbers and can click on desired offices to remove/add
• Ability to export to csv/excel available on left hand side above data table.
