Closed Transactions Report
Overview:
In this article, we'll cover how to locate and use the Closed Transaction Report. This is a company level report and designed to give totals at the company level, not office level.
Permission Level: Admin
Report Details:
- This report is designed to provide a snap summary of company level production for a given time period.
- Metrics Captured on Report:
- Transaction Count (Not side count. Meaning it is counting how many transactions, not how many sides of a transaction is represented)
- Sales Volume (Based on sales price of transaction, not volume allocation at agent level)
- Gross Commission Income (GCI before Referrals)
- Total Agent Net Amount
- Total Referrals (External Referrals off the top)
- Total Brokerage Gross Amount
- Total Brokerage Net Amount
- Filter by Date range based on Transaction Close Date
- Provides Graph to breakdown GCI amount based on Effective Commission Rate
- Provides Graph breakdown of closed GCI by office
