Closed Transactions Report
Overview:
In this article, we will review how to locate and use the Closed Transaction Report. This company-level report provides a consolidated summary of overall production within a selected time period.
Permission Level: Admin
Important to Know: This is a company level report designed to give totals at the company level, not office level.
Report Details:
- This report offers a snapshot of company performance and production metrics.
- Metrics Captured:
- Transaction Count (Total number of closed transactions)
- Sales Volume (Based on the transaction sales price, not agent-level volume allocation)
- Total Sides
- Gross Commission Income (GCI before Referrals)
- Total Agent Net Amount
- Total Referrals (External Referrals off the top)
- Total Brokerage Gross Amount
- Total Brokerage Net Amount
- Average Sales Price
- Filter by date range based on Transaction Close Date
- Provides graph displaying breakdown of GCI based on Effective Commission Rate
- Provides graph displaying breakdown of closed GCI by office
