Broker 360 Report
Overview:
In this article, we will review how to generate a Broker 360 report and use it in the system. Please see the resources below.
The primary purpose of this report is to show a productivity snapshot to the agent or brokerage on how the agent is performing within the filtered date range by tracking listings, transactions, and required tasks.
This report is strictly visible to agents when logged into their individual accounts. Admin users cannot view this report while using the "Impersonate Agent" feature. However, admins can view the Broker 360 Report by clicking on the "Trophy" icon on the active agents page titled "Broker 360 Report". Two versions of this report are available: version 1 (default) and version 2. See the details of each below:
Version 1:
- Total Sales Volume
- Gross Commission Income (GCI)
- Net Commission Income
- Listing Status Breakdown
- Highest Listing Price
- Transaction Counts
- Active and Completed Task Tracking
- Paid vs. Outstanding Invoices
- Marketing Task Duration Breakdown
- Marketing Task Highlights
- Total Savings (MSRP vs. actual cost paid)
Version 2 (Differences):
- Listed (total listings, total price, total DOM, and total # of tasks)
- Pending Transactions (listing side, buying side, total sales price, total side count, total adjusted GCI, total NET, and total volume)
- Closed Transactions (listing side, buying side, total sales price, total side count, total adjusted GCI, total NET, and total volume)
- Summary of Transactions (total closed and pending, total listing side, total buying side, total sales price, total side count, total adjusted GCI, total NET, and total volume)
