Overview:

In this article, we'll cover what reports an agent has direct access to and can run at anytime. Please find the available resources below.

• The reporting widget is not available through agent impersonation.  This widget is only available through direct agent login.
• These same reports are available through Admin login with proper permissions
• There are 5 Default Reports available to agents
