Agent Production Analysis Report

Overview:

In this article, we will cover how to locate and use the Agent Production Anaylsis Report. The primary purpose of this report is to provide key metrics on an agent's closed sales over the previous five years. 

Permission Level:  Admin + Agent Billing

Report Details:

• Provides year-over-year (YOY) and month-over-month (MOM) closed-transaction production for a specific agent across the following metrics:
  • Sales Volume
  • Side Count (unit count)
  • GCI (Gross Commission Income)
  • ADJ GCI (GCI less Referrals)
  • Agent Gross
  • Agent Net
  • Brokerage Gross
  • Brokerage Net

• A data table displaying the previous five years of production

• Ability to toggle to MOM view to compare the same month across the past five years

  • Example: Selecting May displays data for each May over the last five years.

• Ability to toggle to YOY view to see year-to-date performance for the selected month

  • Example: Selecting July displays January through July for each of the last five years.

• Options to download as a PDF or export to CSV/Excel
