Office Production Summary Report

Overview:

In this article, we will cover how to locate and use the Office Production Summary Report. This report provides an office summarized, table-view version of the same data you would find in the Office Production Report.

Permission Level:  Admin + Agent Billing 

Report Details:

• Provide totals for each selected office across the following metrics:
  • Sales Volume
  • Side Count (unit count)
  • GCI (Gross Commission Income)
  • ADJ GCI (GCI less Referrals)
  • Agent Gross
  • Agent Net
  • Brokerage Gross
  • Brokerage Net
• Displays previous-year totals alongside percentage change (delta %)
  

• Shows a combined total of all selected offices at the bottom of the table
  

• Option to choose from preset date ranges or enter a custom date range
  

• Ability to select which offices to include
  

• Ability to download the report as a PDF or export to Excel/CSV
