YOY Production Analysis Report

Overview:

In this article, we'll cover how to locate and utilize the YOY Production Analysis Report to provide a five-year trend on four critical metrics: Sales Volume, GCI, Brokerage Net and Side Count. 

Permission Level:  Admin + Billing & Compliance

Report Details:

• This report is designed to provide data over previous 5 years on key metric at the office level
• Ability to toggle between following metrics for year over year comparison
  • Sales Volume
  • GCI (Gross Commission Income)
  • Brokerage Net 
  • Sides

• Preset Filters available for Month, Quarter, or year-to-date

• Provides table and line graph view of selected metric of each office

• Provides Delta % based on previous year

• Ability to hide/add offices to line graph

• Ability to export to PDF using the toggle dropdown next to the "Generate" button

• Ability to download as CSV/Excel in the bottom left-hand corner
