Agent Production Report

Overview:

In this article, we'll cover how to locate and use Agent Production Reports.

Permission Level:  Admin + Billing & Compliance (Agents can directly access their own production report)

Report Details:

• This report is geared towards an individual agent's production for a given time period.  The following metrics are captured.
  
  • Sales Volume
  • Side Count
  • Agent Gross
  • Agent Net
  • Effective commission rate per side
  • Fees/deductions
• Admin view only:
  • Brokerage Gross
  • Brokerage Net
• Choose from preset time frames like YTD, last month, current quarter, or enter a custom date range
• Year-over-Year summary view with Delta
• Fee Summary view
• Summarize Title and Mortgage company usage
• Ability to toggle by company tags and set column filters
• Can download to cvs/excel in bottom left-hand corner
