Brokerage Engine Support

MSRP to Subscriptions

Overview:

In this article,  we will cover adding a MSRP dollar value to subscriptions allows you to capture any savings agents make on recurring charges. These savings can then be included in the agents' marketing savings reports, specifically in their Broker 360 Report.

  • If an agent has an override amount that differs from the default price, the marketing savings will be calculated: MSRP - Agent Override Amount = Marketing Savings.
  • An agent can be set up on a subscription with an override amount of $0, meaning no charges will be applied. Even in this case, the marketing savings will still be tracked by the system.

Important to know:

  • It takes only [Admin + Billing] permission level to add a new subscription
  • It takes [System Admin] permission level to edit an existing subscription
