Task Insight Report


Overview:

In this article, we'll cover how to locate and use the Task Insight Report. This report is designed to provide metrics on ALL tasks types being managed within system. Please find the available resources below.


Permission Level:  Admin 


Report Details: 

  • This Task Insight report provides task metrics based on either the request date or date completed for a specified date range.
  • Date Type:  Request Date
    • Date range field will correlate to the date on task that status went from Pending Info to Requested OR Requested to In progress depending on task setup
    • Will display how many tasks have been requested during selected time frame
    • Provides an Average Wait Time in days for how long on average each task took to begin
      • Will measure to minute  (example: 6 hours = .25 Days)
    • Filter by Requestor
    • Provides task count by Status
    • Provides task count by Requestors


  • Date Type:  Done Date
    • Date range field will correlate to the date the task was completed
    • Will display how many tasks completed during selected time frame
    • Provides an Average Task Duration in days from task creation date until task is in Done status
    • Filter by task Owner
    • Provides task count by number of Review Rounds
    • Provides task count by Owners
  • Choose from preset time frames like YTD, last month, this quarter or enter a custom date range
  • Ability to filter by Task category
  • Provides Task count by category
