Expiring Listing Report

Overview:

In this article, we will review how to locate and use the Expiring Listing Report. This report displays all listings with an expiration date that falls within the selected time frame.

Permission Level:  Admin 

Report Details:

• Displays listings in order of expiration date, with the soonest date at the top
• Includes only listings currently in Active status

• Provides the ability to filter by office

• Displays key details including:

  • Listing address

  • Listing price

  • Listing agent

  • Expiration date ("Expires On")

• Includes a direct link to the Listing Details Page via the Action button
